Cari Hartman has over 15 years of experience in performance marketing, having built and scaled eight-figure affiliate programs for various industries, including insurance and e-commerce. They held positions such as Vice President of Distribution at Synergy Interactiv and Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Adnet LLC, driving customer acquisition and demand generation. As a founding member of LinkUnite, they advocate for women in marketing, and serve as Director of Events for Queens of Digital Marketing, assisting survivors of human trafficking. Cari currently holds the role of Vice President of Demand Generation at Policybind and continues to engage in speaking events and industry initiatives.
