Molly Cramer

Molly Cramer's work experience begins with their current position as a Customer Success Associate at PolicyFly, which they started in 2022. Before that, they worked for Farmers Insurance for nearly a decade as a Claims Adjuster, handling claims both remotely and within a centralized office. Molly is described as an independent worker, critical thinker, and highly adaptable. Prior to Farmers Insurance, Molly worked as a Project Manager, Editor, and Writer at Mothering Moms Inc. from 2008 to 2010, where they served as an editor and consultant for a trade book, conducted research and writing for e-books, and worked as a proofreader and writer for various projects.
