Brian Blacker

Brian joined PolicyMap in 2016, bringing with him a diverse professional background having worked in the private, public and non-profit sectors – most recently with a county planning agency doing mapping and spatial analysis. He also has experience working on complex projects with state and local public sector clients. Brian holds a Master’s degree in Community and Regional Planning from Temple University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame.
