Daniel Lomas

Daniel Lomas has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Daniel is currently working at poLight as a Principal Camera Systems Engineer. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as the Director of Cloud Kickers Devices Ltd, where they managed the day-to-day operations of the business and specialized in various product areas including mobile cameras, industrial and security cameras, automotive cameras, and 3D sense cameras.

Before their role at Cloud Kickers Group, Daniel worked at Sharp Europe as an Engineering Manager for LCD and Camera Solutions. Daniel was responsible for technical design-in for European customers and was involved in business development and budgeting. Daniel also led technology initiatives and handled all aspects of camera and LCD module operation and performance.

Daniel's early career includes roles at Sharp Laboratories of Europe, where they set up a new activity to support Sharp's mobile camera phone business in Europe. Daniel managed the design and development of camera modules and display modules for European customers. In these roles, they handled all aspects of module operation and performance and played a key role in technology development and customer support.
