Lars Henriksen

Lars Henriksen has extensive experience in polymer development, project management, and research within the field of chemistry. Notably, Lars held the position of VP R&D at poLight AS from January 2008 to November 2011, focusing on technology and polymer development. Prior roles include Senior Engineer at Ignis Display, where Lars specialized in polymer development and silicone chemistry, and at Ignis Photonyx, where contributions were made to fiberoptical component development and quality assurance. Lars also served as Senior Engineer in sales and marketing R&D at Hydro Polymers, collaborating on customer-driven development of PVC grades. Academic foundations were established as a Ph.D. student at NTNU, with a prior role as a research scientist at SINTEF, investigating polymer chemistry and emulsion polymerization processes. Education includes a Master’s and Ph.D. in Chemistry, specializing in polymer chemistry from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
