Tugce Adal is the Founder and Digital Strategy Consultant at Adal Consultancy. Previously, they served as Head of Digital Marketing at Poligon Interactive in both Turkey and Canada, where they led digital marketing teams and developed strategies for clients. They also gained extensive experience as a Digital Marketing Consultant at Eti Danışmanlık and held various roles at Poligon Interactive, including Digital Marketing Manager and Specialist. Tugce earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Ozyegin University and completed high school at Çengelköy Lisesi with a focus on Mathematics.
