Tyler Smith

Tyler Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tyler is currently the Director of Client Services at Polimorphic, where they oversee the department responsible for ensuring customers maximize the benefits of the Constituent Relationship Management and workflow platform for local and County governments. Prior to this, Tyler worked at One Concern as the Director of People Operations from September 2019 to February 2023 and as the Deployment Operations Manager from January 2019 to August 2019. Tyler also served as the Head of Strategy and Operations at Patrium Health from September 2017 to November 2018. Tyler gained experience in the healthcare sector as an MBA Strategy Intern at Aceso Global in June 2016. In this role, they played a key role in analyzing health care markets and developing go-to-market strategies. In the earlier stages of their career, Tyler worked as a Program Manager at the International Republican Institute from February 2010 to April 2015.

Tyler Smith completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History with Honors at the University of California, Berkeley from 2006 to 2009. Tyler further pursued their education at the UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Social Entrepreneurship.
