The Polish Mentoring Association was established in 2012 in Warsaw. The main goal of our Association's activity is to promote the idea of mentoring, bring together professionals and create a knowledge base for both those developing as a mentor and looking for a mentor in professional and private life.

We create a network of valuable people who understand economic, demographic and social phenomena and are engaged in cooperation to create a market for a new profession, work standards, code of ethics, key competences, work rules and tools for selecting professional mentors and their mentees. We operate between business and the private sphere, offering a relationship network, knowledge and cooperation platform, products and services tailored to the needs of the business world.
