Polistudio (PS) is an interdisciplinary practice dedicated to environmental design through research, conceptualization, and the development of sustainable territorial models. PS operates as a laboratory that brings together experts from different disciplines to explore, experiment with, and activate new approaches to urban and rural design in harmony with nature.

Over time, it has given rise to projects and platforms such as Reserva El Peñón, Laguna, and Reurbano. Projects developed in-house span the entire process—from initial concept to implementation—including securing private capital and assembling multidisciplinary teams.

The shared purpose across all of these initiatives is to challenge conventional ideas of territorial and urban development, offering viable alternatives grounded in data, science, and innovation.

We believe that many of the challenges ahead have no precedents in the past: we must design the path forward.
