We’re Polite People, a creative agency focused on building brands people genuinely care about, through clarity and considered thinking.

Why Polite?

Polite is about being clear, without shouting. Saying something real, with no pretence. In a cynical world, we want to make businesses and brands likeable, even endearing.

Who we are

A creative trio with 35 years’ experience across publishing and advertising. We’ve worked with brands of all sorts: Domaines Barons de Rothschild, H. Moser & Cie., France Télévisions, Kraft Heinz, Ben & Jerry's, Save the Children, to name a few.

What exactly do we do?

We merge design, editorial and advertising knowledge to create work that gives brands more depth and reach.
Our work spans:
Trend Intelligence and Foresight Strategy
Distinctive visual and verbal brand identities
Original formats that feel human: films, social media, magazines, newsletters, books etc.

Why work with us?

We do things effectively and at pace, unburdened by process and the weight we’ve left behind at big agencies.
We're a boutique by choice: to stay close to the work, and to work with people we like and respect.
We have the experience and ambition to deliver large scale brand and communication projects.
