It all started with a text, “You’re the most creative person I know – I thought this would be something you love!” Two days later and no response, Michelle sent a follow up text to Lauren, “Shoot – is this still your number?” Finally opening the links sent, Lauren replied, “Lets talk” and like many of the best things that happen on a warm spring evening with twinkling garden lights and fabulous cocktails, a partnership was formed when Lauren agreed. “Yes, I’m absolutely in - but I want you to do it with me!” Ever since ideas have been blooming, picnics have been popping, and unforgettable memories are being made. 

Polka Dots & Picnics, LLC is a partnership created by Lauren Tietsort and Michelle Holman to bring people together again. We create beautiful, luxurious settings for guests to reconnect and celebrate the simple moments and momentous occasions. Our 40+ years of combined professional experience in the nonprofit sector and event management industry offers perfectly delivered events.
