Pollen AM is dedicated to developing Personal Manufacturing. They are engineering a 3D printer and its ecosystem to deliver on-demand high quality, completely finished, and ready to use products, from your home. To this day, 3D Printing technologies are the source of great hopes, but none are yet suitable for everyone nor for most products. Tomake it a tangible reality, shifting from prototyping and gadgets to high-end goods, major hurdles have to be tackled: Versatility of materials: one shouldn’t have to choose a single material to obtain the object of desire, no additional workforce : from coloring to texturing, no post-treatment should be needed, create without learning : 3D modeling is hard, time-consuming and it shouldn’t be so.
