We are fueled by ideas. Ideas that balance between business and art, inspire change and drive innovation. Ideas that like pollen fly free and pollinates the next generation of innovation. Our mission is to make you love ideas as much as we do, to make you love Pollen.

We help to improve your organisations innovation capabilities and drive more successful innovation projects by filling gaps in your processes with targeted actions. We fill these gaps by planting inspiration, training, workshops and coaching into your organisation.

Our process, Aim.Think.Do, is grown around your challenges and possibilities. Each part of the process represents a toolbox directed to a specific type of challenge. We listen to your story and then say something like “wow, this sounds like an Aim exercise to fully understand your user’s needs” or “Then we would suggest a Think exercise in form of a virtual jam to involve the entire organisation in creating ideas on this challenge.”
