Pollen Projects draws on Ben & the founding team’s extensive drinks industry knowledge & global network to create a positive & deep impact in the global premium non-alcoholic category. 

The first product born from the Pollen Projects Studio is seasn, the 'salt & pepper' for drinks. seasn is a pair of delicious and intense cocktail bitters that make drinks tastier modernising a 200 year old monopolised category. seasn LIGHT to brighten your soda, margaritas and martinis. seasn DARK, to enrich your gingers, highballs and old fashioneds. Our second project, Sylva, is the world's first non-alcoholic distillery & maturation lab, where we turn grain & wood into delicious sipping spirits. Nature nerd & maker Ben goes to extreme lengths finding, selecting & preparing local & exotic cereals & woods before using a pioneering production process to create dark, rich, flavour-led sipping spirits. Our first release, PADAUK, sold out, our second release HAZEL is now available to pre-order.
