Ben Waldron

Ben Waldron has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Ben is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Spectrum, a product customization platform that integrates customization into e-commerce, ERP, and manufacturing. Prior to Spectrum, Ben co-founded Pollinate, where they used a diverse set of skills and services to solve business problems. Ben also served as an investor at the Oregon Venture Fund, an esteemed venture capital fund that supports startups and growth companies in Oregon and SW Washington. Earlier in their career, Ben held positions as the Chief Technology Officer at an interactive agency and as the Chief Architect at Learning.com. Ben started their career at Microsoft, where they worked as a Senior Consultant.

Ben Waldron completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from St. Joseph's College (IN) between 1994 and 1998. Following that, they pursued a Masters of Systems Engineering at Virginia Tech from 1998 to 2000, specializing in Systems Engineering.
