Cindy Grass is a Managing Director and Fractional Chief People Officer at The People Essence, where they provide fractional HR services focused on employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational change. With extensive experience leading HR teams across various industries, Cindy has held roles such as HR Manager at The Coca-Cola Company and Chief People Officer at GroupM. They hold a Master's in Human Resource Management and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Charles Sturt University, along with an ACC certification from the ICC International Coaching Federation. Currently, Cindy also serves as a mentor with Global Mentorship and leads HR globally at Pollination.
