Juan Parra

Juan has experience advising strategic investors and private equity clients in Colombia. His practice focuses on corporate matters and cross-border transactions across different industries.

Prior to joining Pollination, Juan worked as an associate in the Bogota, Colombia office of a major international law firm that has a strong presence in Latin America. He is admitted to practice law in Colombia and received his Master of Law (with Honors) from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
