Max Dalton

Max joins Pollination with professional experience across commercial law, banking and finance, business and relationship management and policy. Recently, Max headed up legal and business management at Sentient Impact Group, a start-up impact investment firm with the mission to generate positive impacts for the environment and society. In this role, Max worked across operations, product and structuring and executing complex project finance and energy transition deals. Previously, Max was Commercial and Legal Director at Australia and New Zealand’s leading cashflow financier for screen productions. As 2IC to the Managing Director, he led a team across transactions, business management and investor and client relations. Max started his career as a lawyer at Holding Redlich. He has interned at the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and the Australian Law Reform Commission and volunteered at the Marrickville Legal Centre, the NSW Young Lawyers Refugee Assistance Project and the New Orleans ELLA Project.
