Stephanie Russo

Stephanie Russo currently serves as the Executive Director at Pollination and the Australian Chapter Lead for Women In Carbon, focusing on empowering women in the carbon sector. In addition, Stephanie holds the position of Co-Chair for the VCM Working Group at IETA and serves as a Non-Executive Director at Offshore Biotechnologies. Previously, Stephanie co-founded Carbon Growth Partners, a notable investment manager in global carbon markets, and held various strategic roles at The Nature Conservancy and the Australian Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment. Stephanie's extensive background also includes leadership positions in government, specializing in environmental economics and policy development. Educationally, Stephanie possesses a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Environmental Science from Macquarie University, along with a Graduate Certificate in Economics from the University of Melbourne.
