Jim Lancaster

Jim Lancaster has a diverse work experience in the packaging industry. Jim began their career as the Owner/President of Lancaster Industries from 1988 to 2004. Jim then worked as a Packaging Sales representative at Unisource Worldwide, Inc. from 2004 to 2008. Jim continued to grow in their career by serving as a Sales Manager at Veritiv Corporation from 2008 to 2015. Jim then took on the role of Vice President Sales at JohnPac, Inc. from 2015 to 2017. Following this, they established their own business, Load Containment Solutions, where they acted as the Owner/President from 2017 to 2019. Most recently, Jim held multiple Sales Manager positions at Pollock Orora, Landsberg Orora, and Orora Packaging Solutions starting in 2019 and is currently serving as the Sales Director at Orora Packaging Solutions.

Jim Lancaster attended the University of Houston from 1977 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance.
