Bar Pereg

Bar Pereg has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They are the Founder of PollyLabs, a company focused on utilizing technology repurposing to address societal challenges. Previously, at Deloitte, Bar served as a Senior Manager (Associate Partner) in the Climate, Sustainability & Equity department, leading strategic initiatives and integrating sustainability into the core business strategy. Bar also held roles at Monitor Deloitte, where they served as the Growth & Impact Strategy Team Leader and Senior Strategy Consultant, and at GETRID Inc, where they were the Co-Founder and CEO. Bar's educational background includes an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. They have also worked at organizations such as PresenTense, Nielsen, Digital Fuel, Israel Defense Forces, and SPNI, gaining experience in various positions related to leadership, market research, operation and HR, and environmental conservation.

Bar Pereg earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Management and Sociology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2012. Subsequently, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a Finance track and obtained a Sustainability Certificate from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
