Anna Kaczmarek

Anna Kaczmarek, MBA, has extensive work experience in the field of business analytics and inventory control. Anna started their career at Lpp S.A.'s Controlling Department in 2001, where they served in various roles including Sales Analyst and Assortment and Financial Planning Director. Anna then joined Polpharma in 2015 as an Inventory Control Manager, responsible for optimizing cross-functional business processes and reducing excess inventories. In 2022, they were promoted to Head of Business Analytics Team at Polpharma, where they supervised the level and structure of the company's inventory. Throughout their career, Anna has demonstrated their expertise in data analysis, project management, and strategic decision-making to drive successful inventory management and cost reduction initiatives.

Anna Kaczmarek, MBA, holds an Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership from the Technical University of Gdansk, which they completed from 2011 to 2013. Anna also obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Marketing and Management from Gdańsk University of Technology, completing their studies from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, Anna attended the Economic School in Gdańsk from 1992 to 1996. Additionally, Anna has acquired various certifications in fields such as process modeling, planning, risk management, analytics, and supply chain management, among others.
