Martyna Bartczak has over a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, currently serving as the Head of New Brands & Ventures Unit and Head of Marketing Unit at Polpharma since October 2013. Martyna's career at Polpharma includes roles such as Category Marketing Manager, Group Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Product Manager. Prior to joining Polpharma, Martyna worked at Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmetique Polska from April 2007 to September 2013, where positions included Product Manager and Junior Product Manager for Avene, as well as Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Assistant. Martyna holds a Master's degree in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from the University of Warsaw and a Postgraduate degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania w Warszawie - The Polish Open University.
