Tomasz Kosko has extensive experience in consumer research and communication, currently serving as the International Head of Consumer Research and Communication at Polpharma since February 2012. In this role, Tomasz manages a team of professionals overseeing media strategies, digital projects, and creative production for over 40 brands across Poland and Central Eastern Europe. Responsibilities include media negotiations, digital marketing initiatives, and conducting consumer research, as well as ensuring effective communication through various channels. Previously, Tomasz held multiple roles in media management at USP Zdrowie and ZenithOptimedia, accumulating a deep knowledge in marketing and econometrics. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Marketing & Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, a Postgraduate diploma in Psychology of Advertising from the University of Warsaw, and a Marketing Masterminds certification from the International Advertising Association.
