Established in Forlì in 1995, poltronesofà has now become the leading brand in Italy in the sale of sofas and armchairs. 
Since the opening of the first shop in Parma 30 years ago, availability and capillarity have been the cornerstones of the service offered: the sales network has undergone continuous development and now counts more than 412 brand stores in Europe and the UK, of which 164 are in Italy, 127 in France, 97 in the UK, 1 in Malta, 2 in Cyprus, 10 in Switzerland and 11 in Belgium.
The training of the sales force is followed with specific courses taught in class and on the field, designed and created specifically to enhance the growth of each individual, through the dedicated department of the poltronesofà University.

At poltronesofà, thanks to the University dedicated to the training and updating of the salespeople, it has been decided to constantly reinforce skills and promote product knowledge, with qualified lecturers, 1 dean, and more than 650 hours of courses per year to make each professional profile more complete and continuously updated.

Employees are called from all countries and have the opportunity to experience five days of true full immersion, side by side with the headquarters.
