Marko Krža

Marko Krža is currently working at Polustech as the Head Of Human Resources, focusing on tech-recruitment needs and HR processes. Prior to this, Marko held the same position at Shyft, where Marko facilitated team expansion and implemented HRIS systems. Previously, Marko worked as the Head Of Talent, focusing on recruitment optimization and employee development programs. Marko also has experience as a Recruitment Specialist and Learning & Development Lead, with responsibilities including recruitment strategizing and training program design. Marko holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Belgrade.
