Aaron Goin

Aaron Goin currently serves as the Director of Engineering at PolyAPI, a position held since July 2024, after previously working as a Lead Full-Stack Engineer at Talentpair from July 2018 to July 2024. In this role, Aaron led the engineering team, focusing on architecture, product analytics, and development, while also collaborating with product and design teams to deliver new features. Prior to this, Aaron contributed as a Software Engineer at Talentpair, where responsibilities included front-end development for a machine learning platform aimed at enhancing the recruiting process. Aaron began his career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Washington State University Vancouver, engaging in machine learning research and developing WebNN, a Node-based project. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Washington State University Vancouver and attended Clark College from 2013 to 2016.
