The Technical and Engineering team at Poly Labs is responsible for the development, optimization, and maintenance of the manufacturing processes for highly-engineered molded and pour polyurethane components. This includes conducting material research, prototype tooling, and rigorous product testing. The team, made up of roles such as Laboratory Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, Lead R&D Technicians, Process Engineers, and Production Facilitators, ensures the quality and efficiency of production, supports custom product development, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within the facility in Lewiston, Maine.
