Donald Dalland

Donald Dalland has been in the engineering and manufacturing industry for over 35 years. Donald began their career in 1984 as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Zytec Corp. In 1989, they were promoted to Section Manager at Zytec and was responsible for manufacturing products that were Zytec designed. In 1994, they moved to Waters Instruments as VP Manufacturing and was tasked with modernizing a manufacturing facility with 1960's processes and techniques. In 2001, they joined Zareba Systems, Inc. as VP Engineering and Operations, where they led engineering teams in three distinct initiatives. In 2005, they became Managing Director at Rutland Electric Fencing Co. Ltd. and in 2011, they moved to Geotek as VP Expansion and Development. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Poly-Tex, Inc. as VP Engineering and Manufacturing.

Donald Dalland attended North Dakota State University from 1978 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).
