Jay Grabowski

Jay Grabowski has worked in a number of roles in various industries since 1999. In 1999, they began working as an Instructor: Black Belt at the National Karate School. In 2003, they took on a role as a Test Engineering at Microdynamics. In 2005, they began working at Boston Scientific, first as a Senior Territory Sales Manager, then as a Senior Marketing Manager, and finally as a Research & Development Engineer. In 2017, they joined the Board of Directors at Poly-Tex, Inc. and in 2021 they became the New Business Development at the same company, responsible for importing and managing the US market for world class outdoor living brands.

Jay Grabowski obtained a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of St. Thomas between 2002 and 2006. Jay then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing & Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management between 2008 and 2011. In 2012, they completed a course at the MIT Sloan School of Management on Reinventing Your Business Strategy. In 2014, they completed a course at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management on Mergers and Acquisitions.
