JERRY GRABOWSKI

Jerry Grabowski has held a variety of executive positions in the business world. From 2012 to the present, they have been the Chief Executive Officer, Owner, and Board of Directors of Poly-Tex, Inc. From 2005 to 2012, they served as a Board Director for Pineview Partners LLC in the Manufacturing and Consumer Products industries. In 2012, they also joined the Board of Directors of the Association for Corporate Growth - Minnesota Chapter. In 2013, they became the Chairman of the Board of Power Electric Inc. From 2009 to the present, they have been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and SaaS Technology/Document Management/Editing Tool provider for Redliner. From 1993 to the present, they have been the Chief Executive Officer, President, Director, Manufacturing, International, and Public of Zareba Systems/Waters Instruments, Inc., with total accountability for a NASDAQ listed company in the business of manufacturing proprietary electronic, metal, and plastic products for the consumer, medical device and access control/security markets. JERRY was also the Chief Financial Officer, President, CEO, and Turnaround/Divestitures/M&A for the same company.

Jerry Grabowski completed a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota Institute of Technology. JERRY then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and Finance from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
