Jay Schultz

Jay Schultz is an experienced engineering professional with a background in tooling design for extruded plastics and composites. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Poly Vinyl Co. since September 2015, Jay has also held the roles of Engineering Manager and Tool and Die Design Engineer within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as an Extrusion Tooling Design Engineer at Wisconsin Plastic Products, Inc. from January 2011 to August 2015, and as a Design Engineer at ETTI from May 1999 to January 2011. Jay began a career in the industry as a Drafter II at Panduit from November 1996 to May 1999. Jay holds a degree from Purdue University, which was completed in 1997.
