Becky Gorringe

Becky Gorringe is an experienced professional in the fields of conversational design, machine learning, and editorial services. Currently serving as an Agent Designer and Dialogue Designer at PolyAI since September 2023, Becky specializes in developing intent-based and generative conversational voice assistants, particularly for the restaurant and hotel sectors. Prior experience includes a role as Senior MLOps Consultant at Logikk, where Becky contributed to the podcast "Let's Talk MLOps," and as Commissioning Editor at Access Bookboon, sourcing and supporting authors in multiple languages. Becky has also worked as a Communications Specialist at Apple, maintaining the quality of Apple Maps in Spanish, French, and English, and as a professional in subtitle quality control for Netflix. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in French and Spanish from Royal Holloway, a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Exeter, and an MA in Audiovisual Translation from the University of Roehampton.
