Mel Roberts

Mel Roberts is an experienced talent and people manager currently at PolyAI, focusing on automating customer service through voice as of July 2024. Previously, in a role as a leadership sourcer at Meta from June 2021 to June 2023, Mel championed diversity within leadership pipelines. Experience as a senior talent partner and talent partner at Tide involved recruiting for engineering and leadership roles, as well as various positions in finance and operations from September 2018 to April 2020. Prior consulting work at Oxford Knight Limited from January 2016 to May 2017 addressed recruitment challenges in technical hubs globally, and as a recruiter at Palantir Technologies from July 2015 to January 2016, the focus was on deploying strategists.
