Steve Crossan is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in the fields of deep tech, artificial intelligence, and biology. As the Founder of Dayhoff Labs since April 2023, Crossan also serves on the Scientific Advisory Board of Danaher Life Sciences and as an Operating Partner at DCVC. Additionally, Crossan has been a Jury Member for the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since February 2018, focusing on early-stage venture investments. Previous roles include Chair at Riverlane, Vice President of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning at gsk.ai, and Venture Partner positions at Finch Capital and firstminute capital. Crossan's educational background includes a Master of Arts in History from the University of Oxford and a Master of Science in Computer Science from UCL.
