María Cabrera has over 13 years of work experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development. In 2022, they began their current role as Head of People and Talent in Polybion. María Cabrera completed a Diplomado en habilidades gerenciales at Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2019. From 2009 to 2011, they completed a Posgrado in Desarrollo organizacional at Universidad de La Salle Bajío, A.C. María also obtained a Licenciada en Relaciones Industriales from Universidad de Guanajuato between 2000 and 2004, with a focus in Gestión de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general.
