María Cabrera

María Cabrera has over 13 years of work experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development. In 2022, they began their current role as Head of People and Talent in Polybion. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at COPO TEXTILE MÉXICO from 2014 to 2022. In this role, they managed the Human Resources direction, including recruitment and selection of personnel, training, performance management, employee satisfaction, career planning, and labor relations. María was also responsible for the Safety, Health, and Environment area, as well as the creation of KPI's for the corporation. Additionally, they were the Director of Continuous Improvement, responsible for the creation of KPI's, ideas for continuous improvement, workshops, and 5's.

Before that, María Cabrera worked at Caja Popular Mexicana from 2008 to 2014. In this role, they were the Coordinator of Human Resources and Quality for the Call Center. María was responsible for leading and coordinating the Quality area personnel, creating executive reports, and managing the area's indicators. María also analyzed complaints from members regarding telephone assistance from advisors, designed scripts and job profiles for campaigns, selected telephone advisors for campaigns, provided training and induction to new personnel, and created files. María also administered the personnel roster. Additionally, they were the Senior Executive of Organizational Behavior/DO, providing internal consulting on organizational development for Caja Popular Mexicana nationally, leading executive coaching individually and in groups, creating workshops for team integration, and analyzing organizational climate nationally. Lastly, they were the Executive of Talent Integration, responsible for the integration of talent from the General Direction Office and regional centers of operational and executive personnel nationally. María managed psychometrics, references, PeopleSoft entries, and file creation.

María Cabrera completed a Diplomado en habilidades gerenciales at Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2019. From 2009 to 2011, they completed a Posgrado in Desarrollo organizacional at Universidad de La Salle Bajío, A.C. María also obtained a Licenciada en Relaciones Industriales from Universidad de Guanajuato between 2000 and 2004, with a focus in Gestión de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general.
