Sustainability Operations Manager at Polycarbin

Thomas O. has a diverse work experience starting with their role as a Lead Primary Investigator at Kolvenbach Research Program from March 2017 to August 2018. Thomas then worked as a Diversified Vegetable Farmer at Rodale Institute for the summer of 2019, farming 11.5 acres for a farm-to-hospital project. In 2020, they joined Stone Barns Center for Food & Agriculture as a Research Analyst for a brief period from June to August. Currently, they work at Polycarbin, where they started in August 2020 as the Sustainability Lead and later transitioned to the role of Sustainable Operations Manager in March 2023.

Thomas O. attended Loyola University Maryland from 2016 to 2020. During their time there, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Economics with a minor in Environmental Studies. In addition to their formal education, Thomas has also earned several certifications. In December 2021, they completed the Accredited Professional Program, Waste Module from My Green Lab. Thomas became a From Linear to Circular Fellow from the Ellen MacArthur Foundation in November 2021. Furthermore, Thomas became a My Green Lab Ambassador in September 2021.
