Neil Ringel serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Polyconcept since February 2019. Prior to this role, Neil held several key leadership positions at Staples from June 2011 to October 2018, including Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, where responsibilities involved leading mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and integrations. As President of North American Delivery, Neil managed a $10 billion profit and loss statement and oversaw 8,000 associates, including significant sales teams and e-commerce operations. Additionally, Neil served as Executive Vice President of the Contract Division, directing a 3,500-person sales force focused on revitalizing sales in various categories. Earlier in the career, Neil contributed to the growth of Staples Business Advantage as Senior Vice President of Sales, driving expansion in B2B sales from $1.5 billion to $6 billion.
