Eric Jones

Eric Jones is an accomplished supply chain professional currently serving as Vice President of Supply Chain at Polycorp since November 2025, where leadership is provided in global supply chain strategy for engineered polymers manufacturing. Prior to this role, Eric held various positions at Gates Corporation from July 2019 to November 2025, including Senior Director of Global Sourcing - Indirect, where oversight of a multi-million dollar portfolio was managed, and Commodity Manager for global strategic sourcing. Earlier experience includes roles at Truck Hero from January 2013 to April 2019, where regional supply chain operations were directed, and at Romeo RIM, Inc. from August 2011 to January 2013, contributing to engineering change management and ERP implementation. Eric holds a Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies in Social Science from Michigan State University.
