Brandon Gibson, M.B.A., SHRM-CP, is a strategic HR leader with over 20 years of experience in human resources, higher education, and financial services. Currently, Brandon leads HR at Polydeck, focusing on cultural realignment, HRIS modernization, and performance development strategies. Brandon has previously managed national HR operations at RedSail Technologies, implemented successful training initiatives, and served as Director of the MBA Program at Limestone University, where they significantly increased revenue and reduced costs. With a commitment to values-driven leadership, Brandon also engages in community service as Vice Chair of The Carolina Miracle League.
