Sam Durnavich

Sam Durnavich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the mining industry, currently serving as Senior Application Manager - Mining Solutions and Key Account & Product Manager - Global Mining at Polydeck since November 2006. Durnavich excels in generating and developing new business opportunities by optimizing comminution circuits with innovative screen media technologies and introducing cost-saving products tailored to the mining sector. Prior to this, Durnavich held the position of International Sales Manager, overseeing sales in various regions including Western Canada and parts of the United States. Additionally, Durnavich is a co-owner of Base Camp Cyclery since April 2018 and previously worked as a Plant Manager at Aggregate Industries from June 2002 to October 2006, focusing on process control and project management. Durnavich earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining & Minerals Engineering from Virginia Tech, supplementing earlier studies at Old Dominion University.
