Polyflon Medical is a dedicated medical tubing component manufacturing cell within Polyflon Technology Ltd, a UK based family-run business incorporated in 1990 specialising in inert, high purity polymers for specialist applications.

We pride ourselves on producing the highest quality tubing components using the most up-to-date technology in a state-of-the-art environment, all made possible by our rigorous approach to quality.

Our technical and production people have over 25 years of experience in the engineering of fluoropolymer materials and our manufacturing facility allows us to produce finished tubing components that meet, and in some cases exceed, the demanding quality requirements of medical device OEMs throughout the UK and Europe. It’s not all about fluoropolymers though; we also offer finished parts in a broad range of medical grade thermoplastics giving you the flexibility of a full suite of biocompatible materials.

Don’t need medical tip formed tubing, only medical extrusions? That’s ok; we work with a small number of expert medical tube manufacturing companies to offer high precision, Class 8 clean room produced tubing for your device.
