The Polyform story began in the coastal town of Ålesund, Norway in 1955. Polyform's founders invented the world's first plastic buoy and this quickly became the heart of the business. In the 1970s the facility in the Pacific Northwest was established and became Polyform U.S. 

Today Polyform U.S. continues to be a thriving family owned business and all products are designed and produced in the Kent, Washington facility.

Polyform U.S. products are built for the world’s most challenging marine environments.
