Esther Aczel

Esther Aczel is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Peter Thomas Roth Clinical Skin Care since November 2018, Esther has successfully established the HR function from the ground up. Prior to this role, Esther held key positions including Corporate Director of Employee Relations at HearUSA - Sivantos/Siemens, managing employee relations for over 800 employees across the USA and Canada, and Talent Development Manager at ISLE Casino Racing, overseeing HR for a workforce of over 1000. Previous experience also includes roles at Four Seasons Hotels and MTI Hungarian State News Agency, with a strong foundation in HR strategy, training, and management. Esther holds a BA in Human Resources from the University of Pécs.
