Jacquelyn (Jackie) Aramkul is a CDPH Cal-EIS fellow currently placed at the San Diego County Epidemiology and Immunization Services Branch, where they investigate One Health issues and communicable diseases utilizing their programming skills in SAS, R, and STATA. Jackie is an MPH graduate from the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health in Epidemiology, and they possess extensive experience in teaching and mentoring students in STEM fields. They have worked as a research mentor and previously held positions that enhanced their expertise in public health and laboratory practices. Jackie received the Life Sciences distinguished teaching award in 2023 while serving as a Teaching Assistant for life science courses at UCLA.
