Julian Stanley has a diverse work experience in various research and academic roles. In 2015, Julian served as a Medical Scribe at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, where they helped with medical documentation in the emergency room. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Northeastern University as a Research Associate, focusing on studying the molecular mechanisms of aging. During this time, they also served as a Resident Assistant, building a strong community and enforcing university regulations.

In 2018, Julian was a Research Intern at Harvard Medical School, working on identifying markers of endometrial cancer.
