Kelly R. is an experienced organizational consultant and research mentor with a strong background in leadership development and adaptive leadership. Currently serving as an Organizational Consultant for an independent catering services firm and as a Research Mentor at Polygence, Kelly R. has also held significant roles, including Editor in Chief at Thrēo and Research Chair for Harvard W3D, a global network of women in defense, diplomacy, and development. Previous experience includes serving as an Ambassador and Group Facilitator for The OpEd Project and co-founding CIRCLE Women to promote women's economic empowerment. Kelly R. has contributed to executive coaching and program design through roles at the Kets de Vries Institute and Fidelity Investments.
