Logan Pearce has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies.

They started their career at The Coca-Cola Company in 2017 as a Software Engineering Intern.

In 2018, they worked as a Software Development Intern at First Data (now Fiserv), where they gained experience in software development.

During their time at Stanford University as a Research Assistant from 2018 to 2019, they developed JavaScript code and collected data for multiple experiments.

In 2020, Logan joined Princeton University and took on multiple roles. As an Experimental Behavioral Science Researcher, they designed and executed experiments using social psychology principles. They also served as an Undergraduate Research Mentor and Statistics Tutor, assisting psychology students with their thesis projects and statistical analyses. Additionally, they worked as a Teacher's Assistant for Introduction to Psychology, guiding students in conducting research and analyzing data.

Logan joined Polygence in 2021 as a Research Project Manager. They mentored high school students in completing original research projects and led the design, data analysis, and writing of research manuscripts. They published their work in the Journal of Emerging Investigators in 2022. They continued to work at Polygence as a Science Research Blog Content Creator from 2023 onwards.

Logan is currently working at Teach For America as an Ignite Teaching Fellow, starting in 2023.

Logan Pearce obtained a Bachelor's degree in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University between 2016 and 2020. From 2020 to 2022, Logan pursued further education at Princeton University, where they completed a Master of Arts in Social Psychology.
