Samarth Gill

Samarth Gill is an aspiring aerospace engineer with extensive experience in research and development within the aerospace sector. Notably, Samarth worked as a researcher at NASA, contributing to the development of machine learning code for the Astrobee project, which will be utilized on the International Space Station. Currently, Samarth is conducting research with Polygence, focusing on glider optimization through machine learning, while also preparing for competition at AIAA. Additionally, as the executive secretary of VoluntHero, Samarth has played a key role in expanding volunteering opportunities across multiple school districts and cities. Samarth's educational background includes studies at San Joaquin Delta College and Stockton Unified Early College Academy.
