Ryan Bianchini is a highly experienced construction professional with extensive project management expertise. Currently serving as Construction Manager at Polygon Homes Ltd. since March 2019, Ryan has previously held positions such as Project Manager at Marcon and Assistant Project Manager at Lark Group, where responsibilities included managing institutional projects valued between $18-$32 million, liaising with stakeholders, and conducting OAC meetings. Ryan's early career included roles as Project Coordinator at Venture Pacific Construction Management Ltd. and a Customer Service Intern at Polygon Construction Management Ltd., complemented by hands-on experience as a Form Setter at RSL Joint Venture on the Canada Line SkyTrain project. Ryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and a Diploma in Architectural and Building Engineering Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, as well as being a LEED Accredited Professional.
